By running a number of particular evaluations, you may assess the performance of your Ssd drive using As Ssd Benchmark.
Without using the cache, test the read / write performance at random or sequential. A 1 Gbyte folder and 4k haphazardly selected slabs are read and written by As Ssd Benchmark. Furthermore, it determines the Ssd’s’s access day and runs the assessments with 1 or 64 togs.
By using your Os’s’s cached copy operations, you can read and write data depending on how compressible it is. These two additional standard tests look at how the drive behaves when copying a small number of large files, many smaller ones, and multiple file sizes.
